Welcome to Swapnabunon. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website [swapnabunon.com] and the purchase of products from us. By browsing our website, placing an order, or interacting with our Facebook or Instagram pages, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Swapnabunon ("we," "us," "our") is a Bangladesh-based women's clothing brand operating primarily online.
1. About Our Products
All our products are handmade and hand-finished. Because each piece is crafted individually — and in some cases hand-dyed — small variations in colour, print placement, and finishing are natural and are not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
Product colours may appear slightly different on your screen compared to the actual product, due to differences in screens, lighting, and photography.
Product measurements and sizes are provided as a guide. Small differences of up to 1 inch may occur due to the handmade nature of our clothing.
All products are subject to availability. As our collections are made in small quantities, some items may sell out quickly.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are additional and are shown before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, any change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform you.
3. Placing an Order
You can place an order through our website, or by messaging us on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
When you place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your correct name, delivery address, and active phone number.
Once you place an order, we may contact you by phone, message, or call to confirm it before dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, repeated order refusals, or unavailability of the product.
4. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.
We may also accept advance payment through mobile financial services (such as bKash or Nagad) for certain orders, or where requested.
For areas or orders where COD is not available, or for high-value orders, we may request partial or full advance payment. We will inform you if this applies to your order.
5. Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh through third-party courier partners.
Estimated delivery time:
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery charges:
Inside Dhaka: ৳70
Outside Dhaka: ৳120
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the address provided. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or a switched-off phone, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse to accept it at delivery (please see our Return & Exchange Policy).
We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, or where the provided contact information is invalid.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Our Return & Exchange Policy is provided separately on our website and forms part of these Terms.
In general, you may request an exchange for size or a return for a genuinely defective or wrong item within [3] days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, natural variations in colour and print are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
8. Repeated Order Refusals
As a small business, undelivered COD orders cost us real money in courier and return charges. If a customer repeatedly places orders and refuses to accept them at delivery without valid reason, we reserve the right to:
Require advance payment for future orders, or
Decline to accept future orders from that customer.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and social media pages — including our brand name, logo, product names, photographs, designs, and written descriptions — is the property of Swapnabunon and is protected under applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content, images, or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Use of Our Website
By using our website, you agree not to:
Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to interfere with the website's security or functionality
Copy or misuse any content from the website
We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to our website to anyone who violates these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the website is free of errors, or that products will always match your expectations in every detail beyond what is reasonable for handmade clothing.
To the extent permitted by law, Swapnabunon shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
12. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal information. Please review it alongside these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
